After contacting them via email, they offered to open the shop for us even during Christmas holidays (the only days we were able to visit Prague). Typical Turkish hospitality with tea and coffee offered, every carpet presented with joy, every question politely answered. We ended up buying four carpets in different sizes and got a discount. Everything was packed nicely for our trip back home.
