If you're a foreigner with an incomplete knowledge of Czech, these guys will then happily switch to English. So you will say what you can in Czech and the rest in English, and the Tesla staff will then help you!

I don't look forward to it but I enjoy going to Tesla's service center in Pruhonice when I need to. The people there are friendly, polite, and respectful. Plus, they speak English, which is a big plus for me.I'm happy to see familiar faces from when I bought my Tesla. It's nice to know they're still there and ready to help. Whenever I visit, I love checking out the latest models and features. It's exciting to see what's new in the Tesla world. And the free Nespresso, tea, and water are a great perk too!They've got comfortable couches and tables on the side where I can work while waiting for my car to be serviced. It's a handy setup for busy folks like me.I do wish they had a Tesla destination charger at the parking lot, but I understand why they don't. Maybe they'll consider it in the future.

I had an amazing service experience at the Prague Service Centre!My Model 3 got broken into in Prague. I went to the Service Centre with one of my windows broken...the Service Centre people told me that getting a new window to Prague would take 7 days...so the Service Centre people took a window of the showcar Model 3 and gave it to me so I could continue my roadtrip.Thank you so much guys :)

It's nice that you can check out the cars nice and up close and the people are very nice. That being said, we had to wait very long.
