It is a beautiful old building. Go up to the Dome and have a coffee and cakes on the cafe there. Beautiful murals on the walls. Down below is chaos. This station is far too busy with tourists coming and going, trying to find information. We went to the local trains"

Very confusing and the information booth is on the lowest floor which makes it hard to access. Once you finally find the booth the workers are extremely short with you and have no patience to help even though this is the only place to ask questions. I would recommend taking the bus out of Floenc station. It is more intuitive and easier to navigate without having to ask anyone else for help since they don’t want to help you anyway. Now that I have completed my journey I would like to add that the bus genuinely is more effective option as the cost is cheaper the seats are more comfortable and the WiFi actually works on the bus. Skip this station altogether.

We are the group of tourist - friends from Russia and America were traveling from Hungary to Czech Republic. We had very enjoyable transportation from Budapest to Prague, in half of that way we had a stop at Bratislava for couple hours, which made our trip even better. The car was comfortable, communication with driver was great, he can speak Russian, English and Czech (maybe more languages).We were pleased with that long way-driving, so later, we decided to use the same service for transfer us to Prague -airport after our vacation. And again, everything was organized very well.It’s highly recommended service.Thank you!Valentina

Beautiful and crowded.

I would like to thank Best Trips for a really good service) We had a trip from Munich to Krakow with a stop in Prague. The drive was very comfortable and fun. It was a nice modern car, so our journey was not tiring at all. Our driver was really helpful and spoke English fluently. He gave a lot of useful advice where to go in Prague and Krakow. We will again order another transfer to Vienna and Budapest soon. It is a really reliable transfer service so I highly recommend this company, as they are professionals in their field. We used Best Trips for all our mother/daughter excursions from Prague and our transportation from train and to airport. They took us to Cesky Krumlov and Kutna Hora. Always early. Waited patiently when our train was late. Had water bottles and umbrella for us just in case... I recommend and trust this company as a female solo traveler. Our driver spoke excellent English, customized our trip based on what we were interested in. For example, we thought we needed more time in one place not knowing the area, but after we explained out preferences to the driver he suggested a different option which was absolutely perfect. We ended up with more time in our favorite place and just enough time in another less interesting place, while still getting great pics! He even hired a guide for us in Cesky Krumlov that was superb! Clean cars. You can comfortably ride in silence, enjoy the scenery or chat about local cultural curiosities. Will visit Czech again and will use Best Trips!! (First time Eastern European traveler from USA. Soooo relieved to feel safe and taken care of!)
