Very disappointed the brand new gun I bought and customer service. Expected so much more from this worldwide company that has guns famous for their reliability. Bought a brand new Sharp Tail and within 10 rounds the safety mechanism and the forearm spring broke. Shipped it in for warranty repairs and learned that the gun could not be fixed and that they will be sending me a new gun... that was 71 days ago so 4-6 weeks turnaround time for warranty repairs is a joke - not a good one since I bought the gun to hunt with it and the season is almost done, and no one will give that back to me. Anyway, be aware, I'll make sure all my friends, family and members of the gun club are aware. Personally, I was about to buy few more things from CZ so now I guess Sig will benefit where CZ has failed miserably.

Absolutely disgraceful and unpresentable. I have tried to acquire a weapon that appears in its catalog in Spanish through my armory and then from the official distributor in Spain and it has been impossible. And I have asked CZ for explanations directly through seven or eight emails without getting any response. If this is the way they treat their customers, sooner or later the company will surely bite the dust. Incomprehensible and unacceptable.

Amazing staff! Polite, professional, responsive. I came to them having an issue with CZ P10S. They solved it on spot and also provided some additional consultation on gun maintenance. Recommend.
